Bad Beat Jackpot

Tired of getting bad beats while playing online poker in India? Why worry anymore? We have a Bad Beat Jackpot in place at our site. This will help each of you get rewarded in case of a Bad Beat. The Bad Beat Jackpot rules and regulations are here as follows:

1. The Bad Beat Jackpot applies to the game of Texas Hold’em Poker only. “Bad Beat” means a high ranking poker hand beaten by a higher ranking hand (e.g. Straight Flush beaten by a higher Straight Flush).

2. A minimum of six players must be seated at our BBJ tables and dealt in at the beginning of the hand in order to qualify for the BBJ. (Other player minimums may apply.) A Bad Beat shall apply to only the first natural five community cards dealt

3. To qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot, a player must have a minimum hand of Aces full of Jacks or better beaten. If the winning or losing player has made an Aces full, that player must have a pocket pair to qualify (example: if a player has AA, he/she must have a pocket pair of Aces with an Ace on the board). Both the winning and losing hands must use both of their hole cards to create the highest possible hand.
o Each eligible player will be paid out as per rule #8.

4. 0.01% of the rake generated in every hand in the Ring games goes towards the Bad Beat Jackpot and is collected from all eligible tables.

5. The hand must go to a showdown (played to the end, where all cards have been dealt and players have completed betting and have shown their cards to determine the winner) in order for the jackpot to be awarded.

6. Players must play their hands independently. Any discussion of the prize during the playing of the hand may void qualification for the Bad Beat Jackpot. If any player, whether directly or indirectly involved in the hand, passes information or instructs another on how to act or reveals his/her hand to other players, the Bad Beat Jackpot will be disqualified.

7. Pay-outs of the Bad Beat Jackpot are as follows:

  • 40% of the Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded to the Bad Beat hand (losing hand).
  • 20% of the Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded to the winner of the hand.
  • 10% of the Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded equally among the balance of the seated players on the game who received cards at the beginning of the hand.
  • 30% is rolled over towards the next Bad Beat Jackpot.

8. Winners will be solely responsible for all taxes.

9. Prizes won are final. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.

10. By participating in the Bad Beat Jackpot, winners consent to the use of their names and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. In the event of multiple qualifying Bad Beat Jackpot hands (losing hands), the highest of the qualifying hands will be considered the loser, thereby winning the Bad Beat Jackpot pay out.
